The Summer Hits

The Summer Hits were Rex Thompson (vocals, bass), Josh Schwartz (drums), and Darren Radermaker (guitars). Living in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, the trio played out as sparingly as they recorded music over the years. Josh and Darren also played in Further. Further later developed into Beachwood Sparks and The Tyde. Since both Rex and Josh passed away, these recordings have become an even more important document of a bygone era.
